Reel Studios - Terms and Conditions for Music Video Production Services
1. Payment and Discussions
Discussions related to video production, including project details and planning, will only commence upon receipt of a non-refundable 10% down payment based on the chosen budget. No production-related topics will be entertained without this payment.
2. Non-Aggravation Policy
Reel Studios promotes a respectful and collaborative working environment. All parties involved in the project must adhere to this policy to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
3. No Refunds
All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy ensures commitment from both parties and uninterrupted workflow.
4. Working Timeframe
Pre-Production:
The pre-production phase will typically take 7-14 days and may extend to a maximum of one month, depending on the project’s complexity.
Post-Production:
Post-production work will commence within 14 days after the last day of filming and may vary based on the scale of the project.
5. Tax Information
All bills issued by Reel Studios are exclusive of taxes. Any applicable taxes will be added to the total project cost and will be the sole responsibility of the client.
6. Communication Policy
Reel Studios provides three main communication channels for clients: Email, Text Message, and WhatsApp. It is the client’s responsibility to utilize all provided communication channels before assuming that Reel Studios is unreachable or unresponsive. If an attempt to contact us via phone is unsuccessful, the client is expected to follow up through Email, Text Message, or WhatsApp. Reel Studios strives to respond promptly during working hours; however, delays may occur due to project demands. Clients are encouraged to use written communication (email or text-based platforms) for non-urgent matters, such as checking project progress or initiating new discussions. Failure to attempt communication via all provided channels will not be regarded as a lack of responsiveness from Reel Studios.
7. Costing and Project Variables
The cost of a music video heavily depends on the unique needs of the project. To ensure accurate pricing, it is essential to have a clear reference or provide ideas about the desired final result. Key factors that affect pricing include:
Location: Booking and permit costs, as well as distance and time required for the location.
Human Resources: Includes actors (lead or extras), models, dancers, and other staff such as stylists, makeup artists, and fabricators.
Production Scale: Equipment requirements, set designs, wardrobe, props, and other logistical elements.
Note: To provide a precise quote, Reel Studios may require an online or physical meeting to discuss project details.
8. Policies on Project Discussions
All discussions regarding video production details will require a 10% (non-refundable) down payment from the selected budget before commencement.
9. Agreement Signing
A written agreement, either formal or informal, must be signed by both parties before the commencement of any services. This ensures clarity and mutual understanding of the project’s terms and conditions. Reel Studios will issue a receipt for all payments made.
10. Right to Amend Terms
Reel Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions with prior notice. By proceeding with our music video production services, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these terms.
